The Seed of Change
Kusumita Foundation wasn't born in a boardroom, but in the heart of a village. In 2012, our founders met local farmers struggling with degraded lands and realized that conservation cannot exist without human empowerment.
We saw that the most resilient solutions came from the people who lived closest to the soil. By listening to indigenous wisdom and investing in local leadership, we transformed a small seedling project into a movement that supports thousands of families through sustainable livelihoods and collective action.
